I do keep lots of destinations and sizes in stock but to be able to offer you a growing collection of over 200 designs, with several size options, you can pre-order your destinations and then I print your items on demand using a professional print house.

Once printed, they are sent back to me where I pack and ship your orders myself with care.

Using a professional print house means your art is printed by experts using the finest eco-inks and the heaviest, gallery-quality paper. It also ensures a premium finish not achievable by any other means. My pricing reflects not only the craftsmanship of the artwork but also the premium quality of the finished product you receive. Art that will last a lifetime.

In the big black banner at the top of every web page there is a countdown timer to show you when you need to order by and what your estimated delivery date is (printing takes around 5 working days).

The estimated delivery date is also shown on the pre-order button on the product page.

If your items are in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Standard shipping is £3.90 for a next day service but during busy posting periods please anticipate Evri taking up to 3 working days for UK addresses.

I ship to UK addresses and internationally by request. Just use the MESSAGE tab in the main menu and we can work out a shipping rate for your country. I have been shipping to countries such as Italy, Monaco and Ireland in the first part of 2021 using Royal Mail and those orders have arriving quickly and safely.

Taxes/duties may be charged on receipt of goods if you are based outside of the UK. The amount is estimated at around 20% of the value of the goods.

Before getting in touch, please do these things first:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

Top tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

Prints are available in A4, A3 and A2, I am not able to print anything smaller or larger at present. Full dimensions can be found on each product page.

Unframed A4 prints are sent in a sturdy card envelope, they are placed carefully inside a compostable bag with a protective layer of cardboard front and back.

Unframed A3 and A2 prints are carefully rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube. I suggest taking them out of the tube as soon as they arrive and placing them under some heavy books to flatten.

Updated December 2022: Currently there is not a framing option due to long lead times.

Framing takes 7 - 10 working days from the day they receive the artwork.

Of course! You can buy off-the-shelf frames to exactly fit the sizes of prints. Or, if you like the look of the mounts around the prints I suggest the following:

A4 - A 30cm x 40cm frame

A3 - A 40cm x 50cm frame

A2 - A 50cm x 70cm frame
